The word "un Abri" means "a shelter", and our name describes our objective: to provide a shelter under which buyers of property in Northern France can locate and make a purchase efficiently, enjoyably and safely.

L'Abri-Tanique have been selling property in the North of France since 1989. We cover the area between Calais and the Somme, and in particular the "Seven Valleys" region.

We are the only British-owned Estate Agency operating in Northern France to hold a "Carte Professionnelle". This means that we are legally registered in France, and are recognised by the French authorities as being competent to carry out negotiations directly between vendors and purchasers.
